The Woman After Collective wasn't born from a place of having it all figured out. It was born from the lived experience of watching life shift beneath my feet and discovering who I chose to become in the aftermath.

Growing up between Baltimore and DC, my character was forged by circumstances that demanded maturity long before I understood concepts like healing or boundaries. Those early years taught me how to survive, how to shoulder heavy burdens, and how to keep moving forward despite the weight. For years, I equated strength with endurance, but eventually, I realized that there is a profound difference between merely surviving and truly existing.

My path has been paved by motherhood, service in the US Army, professional evolution, deep loss, and the cyclical nature of personal reinvention. There were moments when I was so busy serving others that I lost sight of myself, leading to the pivotal question: Who am I when I stop living solely for the expectations of everyone else?

Uncovering that truth required radical honesty and the courage to set boundaries. I had to learn to offer myself the same compassion and patience I so readily gave to the world. Ultimately, I realized that growth isn't always about transforming into someone unrecognizable. Often, the most powerful growth is the journey of returning to yourself, equipped with the wisdom that only comes from navigating the fire. I created this space to help you do the same.
